I'm a coder. That's the most honest one-line answer.
The longer version: I've spent the last eight years writing and breaking software in healthcare — claims platforms, X12 transactions, Medicare integrations, the kind of plumbing that nobody sees but everyone depends on. Most of that work has been quality engineering: building the test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and automation that let teams ship without bricking a hospital's billing system on a Friday afternoon.
Outside that, I tinker. Side projects, weekend reading, photos, the occasional rabbit hole into something that has nothing to do with my day job. This site is where I park that work.
What I do
Selenium, CATS/BATS, Postman, JMeter. API testing for SOAP and REST. Healthcare compliance — HIPAA, PHI, PII, X12 EDI.
Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Gradle. The pipelines that turn "it works on my machine" into "it works in production."
Python and Java mostly, JavaScript and C# when the project needs it. Bash for the parts no one wants to write.
Whatever caught my eye that month. Some ship, some teach me something, some sit in a folder waiting for me to come back.
